Oil pastels from the train

From my journey to Liverpool a few days ago ... nice to do some colour for a change. I love layering so the previous layer shines through ... oil paints is good for covering up but pastels etc are good for showing previous bits without changing them / completely obliterating them. I like working in layers reminds me of printmaking.
