Cevanne

I have just come across the rather experimental musical artist Cevanne. Recently Late Junction played a track of hers about her sister when she was seriously ill in hospital. I found it quite moving. I like the fact she seems very open. She's a composer and musician from Suffolk, and here's her myspace page for anyone who is interested.

Artiste with ball

While out and about on the Embankment the other afternoon, Kiran and I saw this elegant, beautiful and talented woman doing amazingly technical feats with a pure crystal ball. The sunlight caught its path as she spun and rolled it over her body, floated it off her palms and fingers so it vibrated in the air, like a goddess with a new planet.
