Had a fantastic day today, visiting the prints and drawings room at the BM. It's so secret, you have to go behind the Michaelangelo cartoon to get access.
Matt and I spent the morning looking at Stanley William Hayter's etchings. In the afternoon we went through a box of Edouard Vuillard's and a box of Toulouse-Lautrec's lithographs.
After that we say the temporary exhibition of Eric Gill material in Room 69a. A very small exhibition but worth it.

Etsy
I'm contemplating starting an etsy shop for sketches etc. Hands up those who already sell artwork on Etsy? Has anyone had any success selling items. Personally I don't care about selling pieces of work so much as I care about just showing them to anyone and everyone who might be interested, and mostly, I just care about making the art. That's where the real satisfaction lies for me.

More Reuters sketches
I like this one as it's so monochrome. I'm thinking about printmaking and so I'm trying to draw in a way that could be translated to a printing medium. Interesting to think about this.

There's a lot more of my Reuters pix that I've just uploaded to www.forthemessengers.blogspot.com
