Bang Said the Gun

One of our two guests on 'The Conversational' radio show today was Dan Cockrill who hosts 'Bang Said the Gun' which is a poetry night that happens every Thursday. I went once when Tim Turnbull was performing. It was ace!

I just wanted to post a link to the website for this rather brilliant evening. Very worth a visit in person, don't just stop by online ...

Poetry launch

The launch of my first collection of poetry, 'For the Messengers' was a hugely well attended event this Saturday at the Balls Brothers pub in Bishopsgate. Congrats to all the other poets, AB Jackson, Wayne Holloway Smith, Ahren Warner and Matthew Caley, and the biggest congrats to Andy Ching, publisher at the wonderful Donut Press. The event also celebrated 10 years of Donuts and Tim Turnbull and Tim Wells came down to read! Hopefully have some pix up soon.

Thanks to all who came and especially thanks to all who bought the book. If you haven't got your copy yet you can buy it online at www.donutpress.co.uk
